I, the undersigned, am aware that the practice of mountain biking involves inherent risks and dangers. I agree to assume sole responsibility for any damage of any kind whatsoever, loss or theft that I may suffer or that I may cause to others. I waive all claims and release the Coopérative de solidarité récréotouristique du Mont Adstock, its board of directors, its representatives, its volunteers and the owners of the land through which certain trails pass from all liability. Below you will find other important information.
RISK NOTICE
The risk of injury exists in any recreational activity. Falls, collisions and other incidents can occur and cause injury. Due to the very nature of some activities, the risk of injury may increase. Injuries can range from minor injuries to more serious injuries affecting the head, neck, or back (eg, concussion). Some injuries can lead to paralysis or be life-threatening. These injuries are a result of the nature of the activity and can occur anywhere on the land where the trails pass through no fault of the people or the facilities. The risk of injury can be reduced by carefully following the rules of conduct and signage.
NOTICE OF DELAYS FOR THE PROVISION OF FIRST AID AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE
In the event of an accident, resources will be deployed as quickly as possible given the changing conditions of temperature, distances to be covered, road traffic and the state of the terrain. We cannot guarantee timelines for the provision of first aid services or any emergency response.
NOTICE OF ACCIDENT AND DISABILITY INSURANCE
We recommend that you obtain accident insurance and contact your insurance advisor to receive his advice and obtain adequate protection in the event of an accident that will protect your physical integrity and that of your family members.
